• Orders placed by midnight Monday evening will be delivered that Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation email.

• At your first delivery, you will receive a complimentary Brenneman Farms insulated bag. While we would enjoy meeting you, especially on your first order, we realize that's not always possible. We will leave your Brenneman Farms bag at your front door. For future orders, please set this bag out the morning of delivery.
• Pickup locations have no minimum order. You will receive an order confirmation email, as well as a follow-up email communicating your pickup location address and other necessary details.
•To find the pickup locations most convenient for you, enter your zip code under the "your account" heading.
• Each pickup location is self serve.
• Orders need to be picked up by 7 pm.
• Orders outside of our farm truck delivery are delivered via a trusted courier service. You will be given an estimated delivery date upon confirming your order.
• Shipping orders placed by midnight Monday evening will be shipped that Thursday, for Friday delivery.
• Upon placing your order, your pickup date is to be determined. Please contact us, and we are happy to set up a time specifically for you to pick up at the farm.
Your card will be charged after your order is packed for delivery. You may notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may have been made if you ordered products that are sold by the weight.
After you place an order, simply login anytime before your upcoming deadline and add or remove items from an existing order. There's no button to press and you will not receive a confirmation email for changes you make. Whatever is in your cart when the deadline passes will be fulfilled as your current order.
We roll the cost of delivery into the product prices. We hope this makes it easier for you to shop. The closer you live to the farm, the less the cost of delivery.

No problem. Orders delivered by our family will be placed by your door in an insulated bag. Orders that are shipped will be dropped off at your front door like any other package. Your frozen proteins are carefully packaged so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver. We do ask that you unpackage and refrigerate or freeze your products as soon as you're able, so as not to lose the freshness.
