Pullet eggs are also known as “farmer's secret eggs”. Most farmers won’t offer their pullet eggs due to it being a really good tasting egg and not getting very many at a time so eating them as fast as they available :) A pullet egg is a smaller egg that the new chicken lays. These are the first few eggs a new hen will lay, and because of their small size, the ratio between yolk and white is increased, making the yolk increase the flavor of your egg! Our flock of 175 chickens all started to lay at the same time resulting in us have an abundance of pullet eggs so we are offering them at a reduced price to help move them.
